Many want to lose weight for personal reasons, others for events, some for health reasons, and then there are those who want to just plain look good. However there's one factor that remains constant with any individual who wants lose weight...
They want to know how to lose weight fast in a healthy manner, AND keep it off!
As a competitive bodybuilder who has been training for over 15 years, and had to go through the hurdle of losing those extra layers of fat to begin with, I don't think it's too much to ask when someone wants to acquire the information that gives them the answer to their most sought after question...how to lose weight fast.
While this small little article will not allow me to unlock all you're sought after questions simply because of the lack of room on this page, I can and will however provide you with a little insight into this "secret" formula.
First off, one needs to understand that there is no secret formula; it's simply a matter of putting together the right pieces of the puzzle and boom! Not only do you have a process that leads to effective and healthy weight loss, but it also turns out to be a much faster process then usual.
There are three main (but not nearly all) factors that are more important then others, these factors are simple, yet few actually understand them.
They are:
1. Diet
2. Diet (yes, I write this twice for a reason)
3. Exercise
If you haven't guessed already, then yes diet is a far more important factor then most people understand, and no eating rice cakes won't cut it, and in fact will hinder your fast weight loss goals. So why is diet so important? Simple...the human body is a precise mechanism that responds to the right things positively and the wrong things negatively. If you don't have a proper diet set in order then forget about losing weight quickly, or at all for that matter.
While on the subject of diet, it is EXTREMELY important that I mention the fact that if one strives to lose weight, and to do it quickly, they must understand that "fad" diets and diets that put your body through strange stresses and techniques will NOT work. There are many reasons for this, which I can't explain with such little room in this article. Just remember what I said, the human body has its own natural fat burning mechanism that works extremely effectively if it is impacted in a positive way by you. Impact it negatively and expect poor to no results.
The next factor which is too often overlooked is proper exercise. Now most of us know that exercise is a very important part a weight or fat loss regime as well as increases health in a huge way. However most people are much to in the dark regarding how to use exercise properly in conjunction with their diet and daily schedule...remember positive impact equals positive results, not the other way around.
